Question Pc is laggy in every gam

Hello I have a rtx 3060 12gb and ryzen 5 1600 and 16gb ram my pc start normally but I try to play a game is so laggy I try playing minecraft and I get 10 fps and my screen look grainy how to fix this please thanks

Hi yes it was working normally I did fresh intall windows that when my pc got slow rtx 3060 12gb ryzen 5 1600 16gb ram gold 650 evga power supply I get 69c for my cpu and 60c for my gpu i did update all driver but nothing change thanks

My ssd is 1tb is has 600gb free

What's your RAM-speed? XMP on? Check it with CPU-z ( or Download ZenTimings, which shows subtimings,too).
