Pc is Micro Freezing

Well My Custom Pc keeps micro freezing and i know its not the monitor because the sound stops too for about a split second. Im trying to figure out the problem so i can fix it, I have two DVD drives one is an LG and one is a samsung. i didnt have alot of money avaible for this build so i just bought a generic 25 dollar 750 watt PSU, thinking that maybe the problem. An Asus Msa99fx pro r2.0 motherboard, 120gb ssd and a terabyte western digital blue HDD and a Sapphire r9 270 4GB and 16gb DDR3 2200mhz and lastly amd 8320 8 core CPU. I have anough saved at this point to replace any faulty parts but i do not know the problem i can only assume, looking to get a answer from someone more experienced. thanks

Where does the freezing occur and can you post a BBC code from PCPartPicker of your build.
