PC not turning on, after pressing the power button there is no Beep and the Arous Logo does not appear.

Specs.
8GB 2x Corsair Ram + 1x 16GB Corsair Ram.
RTX 3060 12gb Asus KO
Gigabyte X570 Arous Elite Rev 1.0
500GB NVME SSD + 1TB HDD
Ryzen 5 5600X
PSU : Coolermaster MWE 650W 80+ Bronze

I had cleaned my PC , I have properly reseated the Ram and the GPU.
I haven't Updated the BIOS (40d)
No adjustment to the CPU.
Still when I Turn On the PC, all the fans spin up, GPU lights up and CPU cooler fans are spinning. I haven't reseated the CPU only RAM and GPU. No beeps for any error neither any lights on the motherboard. It was working properly prior, no shorts any liquid damage. Also when Im pressing the power button there isn't hard shutdown too.
Please help.

8GB 2x Corsair Ram + 1x 16GB Corsair Ram.
Work with the 2x8GB kit alone, in slots A2 and B2. See if that helps. Can you pass on a link to the rams you're working with? As a side note, how far apart was the purchase for the rams? Inspect the PCB's revision on the ram sticks and report back to us with an image.

How old is the PSU? Due to the RTX 3000 series high transient load spikes, users were asked to overprovision on their PSU's wattage, apart from buying into a reliably built unit. Might want to source(borrow, not buy) a higher wattage PSU that's reliably built and see if that alleviates the issue.

Your motherboard has a Q-Flash Plus button and a designated USB port on the rear, see if reflashing the BIOS helps if the above steps don't work for you. You can use this guide;

Hey thanks for the guidance, but the system was working fine before the cleaning. Also its a 3060 so 650w psu is fine and its brand. The RAM is Corsair Vengence DDR4 also the system properly reported 32gb ram it was stable too
