pc is not resign recognizing keyboard or mouse and not booting

Hi my pc is not going to windows 10 and it beeps at start all that started because of the win update i restarted my pc at the update and i cleaned my pc and the psu after that it doesnt detect my keyboard or mouse i cleaned the motherboard win some rubbing alcohol now what should i do ? Please help me to solve this issue

Whats your full system specs? What beeping code are you getting? (single beep, 2 short, 2 long?)
