Question Pc is not turning on

I was using my pc and when i connected usb cable, it suddenly lagged and stopped working. After 30 seconds later it shut down and won't turn back on. Later I found out that there was a short on usb cable. There is no power coming to pc but I checked the PSU and it is working well. Is there anyone who knows what the problem is?

Try breadboarding it first
