Question PC is not working after windows update

after the update i get a black screen with text and a 30 second timer then a another black screen with the message : Options if your HDD is larger than 1TB,
i have no idea why it happened i would just very much appreciate any help.
i have pictures but don't know how to add an attachment to this

Advise PC make/model, motherboard, PSU, GPU CPU and drives. Update from what, to what?

I suggest do a Windows Restore to when it was working correctly. No guarantee.
