[SOLVED] PC is on but dont show any image

So i wake up normaly and wanted to play, but i remember that my brother says to try in MSI gaming app the OC mode, so i do it and says to restart the pc
It restarted and i waited and never shows image, so i waited 1 h, and nothing, so i turn it off and i think that was an graphic card problem i removed it clean and put it back
i try to turn the pc on and no image at all. i tried everything and no solution.

SPECTS:
MSI Z3270 M3
windows 10 pro
corsair RM750X 750W 80+ GOLD MODULAR
corsair cooling hydro series H100i v2
Nzxt S340 Elite
2x corsair vegance LPX DDR4 3200 16 GB
Msi GTX 1080TI gaming X 11gb GDDR5X
Seagate 7200.14 2t sata3 64Mb
Samsung 850 Evo SSD 500gb sata 3
Intel I7-7700K 4.2 Ghz

I really need help i cant survive without my pc

When you state you've tried everything, what is it that you've tried? so we're not repeating the suggestions you've already tried.

With your system powered down and disconnected from the wall, you might want to remove the CMOS battery for at least 15 minutes before replacing it. How old is the PSU? Can you get into BIOS and remain there indefinitely?

I removed the ram
i disconected everything and conected again
i am going to try your solution
