Question PC is on but no display ?

hello. i have i pre-build pc from asus rog and i upgraded it with a corsair cx650f rgb and a asus dual rtx2060 oc evo. i turned on the pc, it was power and lights but no display.
I went over to the on board graphics and it showed dispay, but the system didn't find the 2060.
I also had to remove the wifi card becose the 2060 was too big. i installed the original 1650 back and the wifi, and it works perfect. i have tried to reset the CMOS and i have the latest bios and drivers.

Have you connected an 8-pin PCIe power cable from the PSU to the RTX 2060 ?

I got the pc to work now, but it under preforming a lot 40-60 fps on high in valorant. My old 1650 workt bether then this. Help!
