PC is on, but there is no display

i build my first pc, when i turn it on, all light turn on, cpu fan turn on, all case fans turn on, and the gpu turn on
but there is no display on monitor and it say "NO SIGNAL"
i connect the monitor to another pc and it work
i connect my pc with HDMI cable to another monitor same problem
my pc part list is
cpu: intel core i5 4460
mobo :asus z97-p
gpu: msi nvidia geforce gtx 750ti TF
ram: 8gb 1600
hdd: seagate pepline hd 1TB
psu: thermaltake smart se 530W 80bronze
2 thermaltake ring 12 fans
any one have an idea of this problem

Have you tested with graphics card removed?

Like the above poster said, remove the GPU and try with the motherboard's hdmi port. If it works you will know that it's a faulty GPU.

Make sure to double check that the GPU is seated in its slot properly and all power connectors and connected if there is any.
