I need help with my pc, I thinks it is overheating. It turns of randomly while playing rocket league and gta. Can someone hel pe out here?

Well....first I would find out for sure if it's overheating.
You can download HWInfo or Afterburner.
Both are free and both will check temps.
In general I like my CPU under 70C and GPU under 80C.
So....find out what your temps are in game and at idle.
Afterburner will allow you to set it up so it can display the temps on the screen while you are playing.

Usually a good cleaning can help, but you maybe need to change the thermal paste.
