I tried to overclock my Q6600 on a 680i and at a FSB 1450x8 vcore-1.5 and now my monitor just doesnt pick up my pc not gfx card problem there still working the pc also seems not to be booting up either but not sure as there is no display. please help!!!!
 

sorry whats a battery?
 
sorry i may not explained i cant even get into the bios there is no display on the monitor so there is no way to do it is there a manual reset on
 
Your CMOS battery, what else? Open your case. On your motherboard there should be a battery, it looks like a watch battery. That's what you remove for 20 seconds. If you can't find it look in your mother board manual for CMOS or BIOS battery.

I don't have that board, but if you read the manual you may find an easier way to reset the bios. Instead physically removing the battery from the motherboard, there is often a jumper that can be used to reset the bios (check your manual). Usually you just place a bridge onto the jumper for a short while, then remove it.
