Question PC is restarting its self.

kinda got an issue.. my PC only restarts it self when i play a graphics HEAVY game. i have my PC water cooled with a H115i graphics card is a MSI geforece RTX 2070 i fell like my pc has more then enough to run stuff on high. so ive been playing some hunt showdown run everything on high get in to the game and about 2-3 mins in it will restart its self so i go in to my temp stuff i have corsair link 4.9.7.35 and MSI afterburner to keep an eye on some stuff so i was thinking it might be a temp issue so i go in to corsair and set all my temps a little bit higher. they were at 140F so i changed them to 180F went to do a bench mark and they dont even reach 140. and it auto restarts its self. heres all the info of my PC if u need more lemme know thanks for the help!
