Question Pc is Running Suboptimal while Gaming but I'm not sure why.

I just recently upgraded my PC new specs bellow but I feel like its running worse than my previous system and I am not sure why. Games that I used to run at high settings are constantly getting 10-20 Frames less than before. Im not new to building PC's this being my 4th system ive built myself but never had issues like I currently am experiencing. I know 2 of my Drives are older and I'm working on upgrading my windows drive to an M.2 and my second drive to another 870 1tb drive. Any help is welcomed and appreciated.

Did you reinstall your OS post upgrade? If so, did you manually install all drivers relevant to your platform with the latest driver versions in an elevated command?
