Question PC is running yet no signal on monitor

Earlier today i switched some part of my old pc with some newer ones. The motherboard, CPU (and fan) and GPU
But after putting it all together and hooking it up to my monitor, no signal. Tried another monitor, no signal.
I tried taking out all the parts and putting it back again with no luck
To try and see what part of the new one that wasn't working i tried assembling the old one with all the same parts and pieces, still no signal.
The old setup worked perfectly yesterday as well as earlier today but as soon as i tried the new one nothing seems to be working

All the fans as well as the gpu and motherboard are lighting up and spinning

Specs:
Asus prime x470-pro
Ryzen 7 2700x
Asus RTX 2070 dual
Some old HDD as well as an Evo 850 250gb SSD from samsung
Corsair Carbide 200r
EVGA supernova 550W 80+ gold
16gb (2x8) HyperX fury ddr4

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

What old parts?

Where are you sticking the video (hdmi?) cable? Hopefully the graphics card and not the motherboard. Motherboard hdmi wont work without an apu Ryzen cpu.

You are plugging your display cable into the back of the GPU and not the motherboard correct?

I've tried it all except trying to boot with one stick of ram, will get back shortly
