Question PC is showing some strange behavior? Doesn't boot up after overnight shutdown

I'm so stressed out.

A few days ago, I shut down my PC overnight and it won't boot up when i woke up the next morning. I brought it to 3 different PC shops and it worked perfectly. I brought it home again and it still won't open. I had an electrician over to check my outlets for shortage or whatever strange occurrence but the readings were ok. I jump started the PSU and i think there's no issue cause the fans were spinning. I even bought a UPS though I also tried plugging it directly. Still no luck.

I lastly went to my friend's house yesterday and the PC booted up fine. I shut it down again last night and I can't open it this morning when I woke up (still at my friend's house). I honestly don't know what's wrong anymore.

Gigabyte AB350M
RTX 2060
600W PSU
2x8gb Kingston RAM
2x4TB Seagate HDD
1x2TB HDD
120gb SDD

What else did you change when you took it to your friends? Did you use absolutely anything else differently?
Have you tried a different outlet at your house?
Was a different PSU used each time?
How did you test the PSU and what make and model PSU is it?
