PC is shutting off

Ive been having issues with my PC that I can't figure out. It restarts without notice randomly, it doesn't display an error message or anything just restarts. I've noticed when rendering videos certain ways restarts it. Also when playing certain games like Hunter:cotw or pubg my game slows down, my fps will drop to 20 and my character will move in slow mo but not lag and the sound gets over lapped until my fps goes up. My PC specs are fx8350, gtx 1070, 8gb ram

Full Specs and PSU make and model , most of the time this is a power or heat issue.

fx 8350 4.0 ghz, evga gtx 1070, 8gb ddr3 corsair ram, 500wat psu idk the make and model

Most likely a power issue if heat isn't an issue.

Is that why games act weird as well also rendering videos does causes it to shut down
