Pc is Slow In Deleting,Copying And Moving Files

Somebody help m please.Whenever i have to delete a folder consisting many files, it takes a lot of time.the deleting speed is always as low as 0.69 items/sec. and my mind has blown.i dont know how it started but one day suddenly it happened.the copying and moving speed is also less.btw,when i have to delete a single file,it happens very quickly,but a lot of files takes a lot of time.
my specs-
windows 10
i3 3220 3.30ghz
4 gb ram
hdd-500 gb
gpu-amd radeon hd 5450 2 gb

download and run HDTune Trial on hdd and show us a screen shot of the smart scores

right click start button
choose command prompt (admin)
type chkdsk /f and press enter - PC will want to run it start up so restart PC to run test
