could it means that my pc lifecylce is about to complete or i should updgrade my harddisk.if it is going to expire i will build with these specs-

If your PC is still slow even after a fresh Windows install it's unlikely to be caused by a virus or any software/OS issues. More likely to be a hardware issue so start by testing the hard drive. You can't test the Windows boot drive properly with any Windows-based software so you'll need to load the testing software from a bootable CD.

The CD-image for Seagate's Seatools diagnostic software is here:
http://www.seagate.com/gb/en/support/downloads/item/seatools-dos-master/

If you have problems with that (eg it may not accept input from a USB mouse or USB keyboard) you can use Hitachi's Drive Fitness Test instead, The CD image is here: http://www.hgst.com/support/downloads/legacy-downloads#DFT

If you don't have any burning...

Scan your pc for viruses, delete or uninstall any unecesscary software, reinstalling the OS, or checkdisk the drive, or maybe just clean the dust inside the case :p,
About the upgrade, i think that if you are gaming with this rig go for something that is overclockable, your GPU can last only 1-2 years max, so yea.... you could wait for the 5th gen.... then the 4th gen's price will come down :)

If you don't have any burning software which can create a CD from an ISO image file, use ImgBurn:

When you've made the CD, boot your PC from it.
