Question Pc is stuck in a boot loop and I am clueless as what to try next.

Out of the blue yesterday my pc crashed. I got the frowny face on the blue screen as per usual. No big deal, except I have been stuck in a boot loop for nearly a day now.

Yesterday it didn't even have time to go to the the windows login screen where you enter your password. It would start up and just after 10 seconds it would blue screen again. There was nothing I could do in those 10 seconds.

Today I had a bit of leeway. There were about two minutes before it crashed again. After hundreds of restarts I tried nearly everything I could find. It still crashed in safe mode, I tried every startup option, I changed boot drives and other relevant things in the BIOS and I thought I could end it by factory resetting it. But I was wrong, for some reason it wasn't possible to factory reset.

I deleted and reinstalled all the drivers (which took really long cause it kept crashing during the installation) and for some reason it didn't crash for about 4 hours. But just as I thought everything was fixed it went back to where it was yesterday. It keeps crashing just after the startup screen where it mentions to press del or f2 for bios.

Any help would be highly appreciated. Thanks a lot.

Define "crash". Does it go to power off state? Everything depends on having correct power. It'd be nice if you could eliminate the power supply by temporarily installing a known good one.

Everything on my screen freezes and for like half a second I get blue screened and it restarts. It doesn't fully power off. All my fans keep spinning and all RGB and such remains on. Upon 'startup' the LEDs on my motherboard turn on to signify it booting.

What is the blue screen code? google the blue screen code and you might find a way to fix it.

There's no code. Merely the text 'Your device ran into a problem and needs to restart. We're just collecting some error info and then we'll restart for you.' It pops up for not even half a second.
