[SOLVED] PC is stuck on boot screen ?

Hello, i was chatting with my friends , i wanted to switch chat but when i clicked left button of mouse it opened new program, so i reset my PC but troubleshoting screen appeared.
I clicked exit and then my PC restarted, but it's now stuck on boot screen and it doesn't read accept any input from keyboard ?

Please help.

What boot screen are you referring to specifically? Is it the motherboard's manufacturer logo or the Windows logo?

nah, manufacturer logo is after the boot screen im talking about, and whole problem got fixed after going to bios (before going to bios didnt work)
