Hey guys. 1 month ago my PC freezes, after I turn the PSU off and then on, the PC is turning on but is not giving signal to monitor. Before the freeze when I turned the PC on, I could "feel" the PC how is booting, but now is just turning on.

I changed the PSU and the motherboard(the old MB had a bent pin at socket), I tried without the GPU, with one RAM (I have 2 RAMS, one of them is bought recently). So the last thing could the CPU. So I decided to send the CPU in warranty. But can the CPU cause the freezes?

I mean first time my pc freezes browsing on google, I restarted, worked, and second time when the PC freezes, after the "PSU restart" , my PC wasn't giving signal. Can be the CPU? The Temp was normal.

I tried all the ways to fix it. But none of them worked:

Unplug PSU , hold the power button
Unplug the BIOS battery.
and more, but I can't remember them.

So, could be the bent pin the cause that make my CPU bad? I mean I used the PC for one year without having a problem (with the bent pint).
Can a bad CPU freeze a PC? Even if the temps was good.

Since you said you had a bent pin in the socket it may have made contact with another pin on the socket and shorted the CPU. Just wait for an update from the Company to see what they say.

Ok so they replace it with a new one. They will send it as soon as possible. So this could be the problem why my pc didn;t turn on ?
