Question PC isn’t posting after a PSU swap

I have come to a problem where my PC doesn’t want to post after a PSU swap. Whenever trying to power it on, the GPU fans ramp to max speeds and am given no display output. According to my knowledge, the problem seems to be the fact that the CPU doesn’t get power somehow. I’ve confirmed this by trying to boot it without the 8pin CPU cable and it had the same exact behaviour.

PC specifications:
CPU: Ryzen 5 5600x
GPU: Gigabyte Aorus RX580 8gb XTR
Mobo: Gigabyte B550 DS3H
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 2x8gb 3600mhz
PSU: Aorus AP750GM

Here’s what I’ve tried:
Taking out the CMOS battery and putting it back in,
Booting without the CPU 8pin power cable (Same exact behaviour),
Reseating all cables

I’d be really glad if someone out there could help me with this issue!

did you use all the new power from the new psu and not reusing old psu cable?
