PC isn't detecting any disks

Hello,
I've picked up new mobo because old one was corrupted (loading stucked at asus splash screen and pc didnt see any disks) now i got new mobo i can get to bios but pc isnt detecting any disk.. cpu is i5'6600k and mobo is msi gaming z170, can someone help me?

you need to jump into the Boot device priority list ; I find it inconceivable that neither the hard drive nor optical would not at least show up, assuming the PSU is not faulty and everything is connected correctly...

And, the mainboard would be a suspect if such symptoms were valid LONG before the cpu would...
No, if the CPU is faulty it wont POST.

As far as the PC shop, that is just like any other service "professional": many are pros at their trade and pretty much honest, others are crooks, others are complete morons and shouldn't even be allowed to use basic hand tools.

What is the rest of your system, most specifically what is your Power Supply?
 
They told me it could be a cpu but probably because of my lack in knowledge then.

I will probably pick my pc tomorrow and try to figure it out on my own.. but that's weird.
