I recently bought a Gaming PC from Newegg for 1200$ (It was originally 1500 but it was on sale). The specs include

Ryzen 7 2nd Gen 2700X (3.70 GHz)
16 GB DDR4
1 TB HDD 240 GB SSD
Windows 10 Home 64-Bit
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 8 GB GDDR6 (Zotac Gaming)

Don't get me wrong, I understand this isn't a Gtx 1080 ti, etc, but this is still a pretty beasty rig. I get roughly 80-100 fps on csgo Maxed out (which isn't a hard to run game at all, worse rigs run it better) and can barely peak 70 fps on Pubg maxed out. Gpu usually stays prettyh cool, but cpu can get pretty hot while playing (70-85 Celcius). Drivers are all updated. Should I just return the pc? (Note: No, I'm not saying 80-100 isn't a lot, but for this rig it should be a breeze to blow past those numbers on a game like CSGO.)

Ram speed is 2400 MHz (Not the fastest, definitely lower end Ram)
Gpu stays around 68 Celcius, Cpu can shoot up to 80 or more.
Monitor is just 1920x1080p

That is slow RAM. Try to enable XMP/D.O.C.P. in the BIOS. Is it one or two RAM modules?
Also, that CPU should not go near 80*C under gaming loads. Is it the stock AMD cooler? How many case fans do you have?
