Question Pc isn't working anymore

So yesterday I upgraded to an Asus TUF-GTX1650 SUPER. My pc has been working very well for like an hour then it suddenly shut down, making a strange airplane landing sound )))
My pc restarted and I kept playing csgo for another half an hour then it shut down again, then again.
After like 3 times, when the loading screen appeared, it shut down again. Today it won't turn on properly bcs it keeps shutting down.
What should I do now to use my pc again?
