[SOLVED] Pc isnt working

I built a pc with an AMD ryzen7 3800x, an nvidia rtx 2700 super, a crucial mx500 m.2 drive, and a corsair rmx750x, the components all light up but i get no display on my monitor, the motherboard debug led flashes over the "vga" icon, what can i do?

I believe it does, i could get to bios about a week and a half ago, but when i tried to download windows it kept crashing. I got a better windiws installation and now theres just no video signal to the monitor at all

The board is msi mpg x570 gaming Wi-Fi or somethibg like that

Some random suggestions:
Do you have all the power cables plugged into the gpu? (always best to go for the simplest solution)
Have you tried another pci x16 slot.
try only one storage device, and reinstall windows.
Did you install windows from a usb device?
Try another usb/verify the data is correct.
Try linux to see if it is windows related. (just gave linux mint a go last weekend, very easy setup)
