PC issues help?

My PC keeps freezing or blue screening or just shutting itself off. When it shuts it self off I can hear it try to turn itself on but it like stops and redoes the process. It’s really starting to get bad. Any help is appreciated

I can run it normally but like, say I play League of Legends I can play for 10ish mins and it just completely freezes and I need to shut down my pc to use it again. Its usually just games but sometimes it happens when Im just on chrome.
