Hi there, this will be a long one but bear with me.
I very recently moved and thus had to transport my pc to my new house, in which doing so it was wrapped up and completely secure so I don't think this is where my issue comes from but i'm open to suggestions on how to fix this.
Anyway,
The last thing my PC did before it was turned off before the move I believe was install some sort of windows update, this would of been on the 26th of February. On the 29th I powered it on for the first time being here, when I loaded the PC up it began to get stuck in a Windows 10 recovery loop, constantly turning on and off, telling me it would restart my PC, which it would, but then it would make my monitor say it was no source signal and after trying on another monitor and getting no signal I put it down to the PC.
So I decided to try and recover the PC back to before I moved, no luck there, so I thought the only thing left to do would be a factory reset, which I didn't mind. So I started with that and it went through completely fine, once that had finished it started "preparing my pc for first time use" which it then again for some reason decided to get stuck in some sort of loop, after countless amount of times restarting for the preparation I decided to turn it off and on again, hoping this would fix it, it did not.
I decided I would leave the PC and try again in the morning and the frustration was getting to me, so upon loading up the PC the next day I was met with this screen www.imgur.com/Hd3XUFc
Not having the disc to hand due to moving I decided to grab an ISO of windows 7 home premium which was the original OS on the PC and pop that onto a USB, so I turned the PC off whilst doing this.
Which leads me to now, I have turned the PC on and now I can't get a source signal on either monitors or using my TV and I am now completely stuck.
I have removed the CMOS battery for 5 minutes then put it back in, that didn't work, I have removed the RAM and the graphics card and put them back incase of a loose connection, again no luck so I am looking for the next point of call to try and get this working.
As I can't access the PC I am having to copy my specs from the website manufacturer of the PC
HP Pavillion HPE h8-1170uk
Motherboard - IPISB-CH2 (Chicago)
Processor - Intel Core i7 2600
Processor upgrade information
8GB DDR3-1333 RAM
Video graphics - NVIDIA GeForce GT545
Integrated Graphics
Sound/Audio - Integrated IDT 92HD89E Audio
Networking - 802.11 Wireless b/g/n PCI-E Mini card
LAN: 1000-Base-T
Hard drive - 2 TB
CD/DVD disc drive - SuperMulti Blu-ray Player drive
Internal 460W (100V-240V)
Also not sure if this means anything but normally if I were to hold the power button down it would take about 6-8 seconds for the PC to power off, but if I hold it down now it takes less than 1 second, just wanted to put that out there incase it means anything.
Any help at all would be extremely appreciated!
Thanks,
D
