Question Pc keep freeze and need hard restart

Pc keep freeze need hard restart or shut down sometimes
Cpu i5-7400
Ram 16 GB 3000mhz
Gigabyte 1650
Psu Corsair vs 550
Pc keep freeze when playing games or sometimes random
Can't even move mouse cursor or can't open task manager .
Cpu temp normal 60
I know it's old pc specs but still this problem only started few days ago .
Sames games playing month ago was performing very well .
In event viewer some errors or critical event shows .
I tried memory diagnostic and it's fine .
Tried clean windows os .
I try to take my system to repair shop but they can't even solve my problem . They can't even find the cause
Please help

How old is the PSU in your build? You didn't mention the make and model of your motherboard, storage and your ram. Please include them. As for your motherboard, please check and see what the BIOS version is at this moment of time. While in BIOS, can you remain there indefinitely?

Tried clean windows os .
Where did you source the installer for your OS?

I try to take my system to repair shop but they can't even solve my problem . They can't even find the cause
Did it operate without an issue at their end? If not, and the issue only crops up at your home, you might have a grounding issue.

Remove the gpu and run off the igp.....test.
