Question PC keeps crashing after a few minutess into playing a VR game ?

When I load up a VR game it's usually fine until a few minutes in, then its starts to flicker and I get lag spikes, then my monitor turns green and crashs. Is there someone who knows how to fix this issue?

Specs:
OS: Windows 10
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5700X
GPU: AMD RAdeon RX 5700 XT
MOBO: ROG STRIX B450-F GAMING 2
RAM: 16GB i dont really remember want brand maybe intel
PSU: ES-RGB750w
Storage: 4tb Seagate Barracuda

didn't find any good review on the psu. got another better quality for testing?
is that a hdd? not a ssd?
