Question PC keeps crashing and taking me back to the sign-in screen ?

So I play some games on my pc for a bit then it just brings me to the sign-in screen and when I sign in it brings me back to the screen again and again. Then I have to restart my pc, then it lets me play for like 5-10 mins then, im all up to date and stuff, Its literally happening as I post this. I keep having to restart my pc to post this.

i guess its not so much "bringing me to the sign in screen" but more so like locking me out, my games are still running in the backround can hear them. it brings me to a GREY sign in screen not the blue one when i boot up to my pc. ( after not using it for a few hours i have a blue windows sign in screen ) i get a little ping/notification when it locks me out but i cant even read it. If i need a FRESH install of my windows i can do that.

I wonder if the CPU is over heating. I don't think this is the case though because i can still crash on the home screen.

It isn't happening as a i type this because i left it to rest overnight but I'm sure it will happen later today.
My parents have a program called Qustudio on my PC I have a feeling it could be that I cant confirm though .

I can once it happens again which will be later tonight most likely. But to explain it for now its just the regular sign in screen with a grey background I can still switch accounts and see everything.
I've tried malware scanning it. Using the windows thing which i know it doesn't get every file check or whatnot so ill get malware bytes so check.
