Question PC keeps crashing then restarting into the bios

I got my pc about 3 weeks ago. I play games like fortnite, rocket league, warzone, csgo, among us. I have barely used any space. I have an NVME SSD 500gb , with a 1tb external hardrive. 8gb of crucial ballistic ram, 3000hz, but in the bios it won't let me change it past 2666hz. I have an i5 10400F, 1660 Super. I don't know why this keeps happening. I have had many problems with my pc since i got, and i fixed all of them, except this one. Most of the time, only the game crashes, but about once a day the whole pc crashes and loads in the bios. Please please help
