Question Pc keeps crashing while gaming

I'm not too good with computers, this happens very often unless I leave my PC off for a while.

What I tried: Reinstalling games, plugging out extra hdds, restarting, updating, updating drivers, etc. It is a new PC, probably like 4 months old. not to great at using PC's but this is what I got.
