I build my pc a few years ago and since then ive upgraded part ect.
Not really had any problems apart form the odd freezing now and then which at the time hasn't really bothered me. But now it happens 2/3 times every time I go on my pc for about 2/4 hours.
Now I'm stuck because ive ran stress tests for the cpu and gpu, all working perfectly fine and no crashing.. even when the pc is working up to 12 hours of testing. Once ive done this i feel more confident that my pc is working perfectly fine.. But i keep getting a blue screen error saying "CLOCK WATCHDOG TIMEOUT"
Now me having some knowledge about this and within researching this issue it relates the the cpu.. but how can this be if stress testing shows no over heating and no physical problems..
It doesn't matter if i'm playing games or just simply listen to music.. same thing happens
Just wanted to know a little more before I go blow money on new parts.. if they arent needed I'm not going to waste it.
