PC keeps crashing

Ok My PC Crashes every once in a while and I really don’t know why.
It usually just shuts off. But lately now when I play games and once when I was watching a video on youtube my computer freezes for a few seconds and its makes a buzzing sound (not the actual PC but from the speakers) and it just shuts off.
Now I don’t know if this is hardware or something but I don’t overclock and the temperature to be normal as always. Its just frustrating.
PS I have noticed this hasn’t happen until I installed windows 10 but when I updated the drivers it didn’t do it anymore but today it started happing again.
Before windows 10 it would crash every once in awhile by just shutting off
After windows 10 it freezes on games and makes a buzzing sound for a few seconds and shuts off
Please help

I had a similar problem with my R9 270x but it would show a striped screen and make a buzzing sound through the speakers, that turned out to be a factory flaw and i used my warranty to fix it.
You may find some success by disabling the HDMI sound adapters in Windows sound setting under Playback.
Another thing that might work would be opening your Catalyst software window, Going to Performance>AMD OverDrive and enabling Graphics OverDrive from there, Then go to Graphics OverDrive under Performance and Checking the Enable Graphics OverDrive (Without touching anything else) increase Power Limit setting by 5 or 10%.

Im trying all this now. im gonna try to play my game and see if it freeze and shuts off again. i hope it doesnt and i hope your suggestion works. ill let you know what happens

ok the game i was playing was Heroes of the storm and i was able to play 3 matches and on the 4th match it froze and made that buzzing sound and shut off im gonna try now to increse power limit to 10% instead of 5%

ok at 10 percent i was able to play 2 full matches then the 3rd match froze and shut off. dont know what else to do or what the problem could be
