[SOLVED] Pc Keeps Crashing

Hey guys,I have a painful experience with my pc.
Everytime when i play cpu and gpu (both) intensive games in starts with stutters and then freezes and kidna crashes,after like 4 seconds on screen it appears to say sleep mode.
I moved the mouse,nothing happeaned.I pressed f2 for entering bios and this also didnt work.
Even pressing once restart or turn off power buttons didnt work.
I need to press hard power button to turn kt off or turn off the button from power supply.
The only way to kidna avoid the crash is to restart mid freeze on screen.
Please guys i need help with this.
My PC Specs:
AMD Radeon HD6450 not oc.
A4 3300 2.5GHz not oc.
4 GB ddr3 at 665 mhz.
A55f-m3 motherboard
500 GB HDD.
an general 230 watts power supply
The monitor is an W1946 60 Hertz refresh rate.

Maybe your PSU the problem, 230W with no effieciency. Your GPU can't draw enough power to raech its max performance. You also need to know the game minimum requirement to play it, just in case your RIG can't handle it and crash.
