[SOLVED] PC keeps crashing!

After it crashed, its just a blinking underscore on screen. I tried switching the ports. Wiped off rams. Re-Installed windows. Its happening every three days. First time, I reinstalled windows and it was okay. last time, I re-installed windows and it happened as well. Then I switched the cable between HDD and SDD and it opened. Dnt know if that solved it. It's happening every 3-4 days. Last time it opened, I checked with Hard disk sentinel, SSD is okay. 100% health. I cant figure out the problem. What it could be?
Its my office pc. I don't do any hard work on that. I play game on my Ryzen setup. My younger brother does his assignment works on this; play valorant sometime.
i3-3220; 12 GB DDR3; 730 - 4 GB; 120 GB SSD; 500 GB HDD; Antec 500W Plus.

After it crashed, its just a blinking underscore on screen.

When the screen show this, go to BIOS and see if the SSD/HDD still detected by motherboard or not. If you have another PSU, try to use another the PSU and see if the issue still persist or not.
