Question PC keeps cutting off after boot

So got PC a new SSD today and right after installing the full system just seemingly randomly just cuts off ungracefully. Thought had a bad drive so removed everything I had just installed the SSD and sata and it still keeps doing the same behavior will post login will last about 1-5 mins then just cut out. One of the times I managed to get on and check task manager it stated the Ryzen 1600 was running at 0.5ghz then cut out and since then each time I open the task manager it cuts out. Trying to reset windows currently but it's been stuck on "installing windows 88%" for a good hour now any ideas would be appreciated

Omg sorry my bad the pump wasn't SATA cable was getting ever so slightly pulled on when I'd close the case lol
