[SOLVED] Pc keeps cycling on and off

Hello,
I have a problem in which my pc shuts off and restarts every 20 seconds when turned on. I can’t even get into BIOS.

The problem started occurring when I went to install a new ssd as well as another 8 gb of ram. After installing both I noticed that my new ram wasn’t being recognized by the pc, so I opened up the pc and reseated it, but when I turned it on again the pc started restarting as previously stated. My pc keeps restarting even when I took the new parts out and only had my original parts.

The Pc acted the same way when I removed all the ram and turned it on as when the ram was installed, so my theory was that my pc didn’t recognize any ram.

Gpu: ASUS strix 1070
Processor: Intel i5 6600
Mobo: Gigabyte ga-h110m-s2h
Ram: Ballistix sport lt 8 gb 2400 MHz (dual rank)
HDD: Wd Blue 1TB
Case: Phanteks P400s

New Ram: Ballistix sport lt 8gb 3000 Mhz (Single Rank)
New SSD: Wb 500gb

What do you think the problem is and how do I fix it?

If you have a speaker to attach to the motherboard, do that and see if you get any beeps - the number of beeps will correspond to a specific error. good luck
