PC Keeps Disconnecting ("Default gateway is not available" and "ethernet is disconnected")

Specs: Tyan S7012 (2x Intel 82576, 2x Intel 82574L NICs)
2x Intel Xeon X5550
48GB of SK Hynix ECC Registered
The problem is that my PC keeps disconnecting intermitently, (saying there's an unidentified network, then resorting to saying the ethernet cable is unplugged), I've disabled all but one of my NICs (82574L) to reduce the amount of variables. I've attempted to update the drivers but I've found none for windows 10.
I've flushed the DNS, reset the firmware of my router (I believe? lol)
