PC keeps dropping internet connection but not network connection?

So I've had this PC for three years and have never had a problem with it. My computer recieves our wireless connection from the room next-door to our router.

The issue is that my PC stays connected to my router/network, but the internet connectivity seems to drop constantly, even though the connection is 5/5 bars. Although, it works on all my other devices. Can anyone suggest what is happening?

i doubt is the computer... usually the problem is deep inside the router/receiver... what device are you using to provide your internet and to recive it on your computer? one of these might be damaged hard to figure which one

They don't. It's just this desktop that has the issue. A simple disconnect/reconnect is a quick fix, but obviously, frustrating when it's happening constantly. I have a wireless card in the back. No other devices have an issue. So it's safe to certify it's my card.
