PC Keeps Freezing Constantly

Tried everything to fix my PC, Freezes with no warning at no consistent time. It has frozen at startup and very rarely does it make it as far as in game. Ive tried everything I have read on this site. Tried multiple other sites. Tried Wiping HDD, OS, Different Hardware including RAM. Best Buy did a Hardware Diagnostic and it checked out fine. I am so lost and at the point that I want to give up. Can anybody help me?

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970
Corsair 1000W 80+ Platinum

Use of multiple memory kits have no guarantee to be compatible together. That is likely causing freezing.

Yes i tested with either and Both and no change. it runs the same with now and it did with the originals, sorry forgot to mention that. Thank You
