I first discovered this when I was playing Dark Souls 3. My game would be fine for a couple minutes then I would get hit with a 8 - 15 second game freeze. I still have audio and am still able to talk to people over discord. I thought it was just an issue with their crap severs. I then download siege and I start to have the same problem. I had not played in months and it worked perfectly before. I do not have this problem with games like Minecraft and Terraria, which I play online.
I'm not 100% but my ping does jump up quite high and the fact that my character runs in place makes me think it is a network error.
I have reset windows. Re downloaded both games. Updated drivers. Rolled back drivers. Not sure what else to do.
Any help is appreciated
