Question PC keeps freezing randomly

I have a custom built PC that I paid micro center to make me, I recently had them put in a new CPU (AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6 core processor) and ever since then my computer has been freezing at random times, like sometimes itll be 2 hours and it'll just completely freeze, whether im in game or just on the internet. I have no clue what could be causing this and will take any help i can get

ram/hdd/sdd usage?

Also to what rgd1101 ask you,
Did you kept the same motherboard as you had before?
If so, Did someone updated the chipset drivers after changing the CPU?

Usage is not high, not sure how to check temp, gpu usage like 40 percent cpu like 25 in certain games and very low both when browsing,

Yes, I kept the same motherboard. Im not too sure what a chipset driver is but all i remember him doing is taking out the cpu and putting it in, he did it in front of me but didnt talk much
