My pc freezes randomly a lot, generally when i have something like google chrome open (but it doesn't have to be). I tried a lot of things to help it like checking if my ram is messed up(it's not), updating drivers, checking if windows is bad, checking if it's a heat issue, reset virtual memory and run disk check. Nothing was wrong with my computer but it still crashes. When it freezes I have to power my system off by holding the power button because it doesn't unfreeze.

I don't know if this helps but my mouse tends to stop working a sometimes and then i have to plug it out and in to my system again.

Specs:
MSI 970 gaming motherboard
Corsair CX650M power supply
Gigabyte Geforce GTX 960 G1 gaming graphics card
AMD FX-8350 processor
2x8gb HyperX fury ram

I have mouse, keyboard and headset plugged into usb, startup programs are fine, all stuff i need like drivers and the event viewer says:

"The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly".
And source is kernel-power
