I wish I could describe the problem further but I don't even know where to begin. I recently built a streaming pc. It was an old pc, bought it in 2014 from cyberpowerpc. Anyways recently I swapped out the MOBOs and CPUs. Whenever I start it up it would crash. Now it doesn't do that but it freezes and never unfreezes. It happens at random times.
PC specs:
CPU: Ryzen 7 2700x
MOBO: MSI x470 Gaming plus
GPU: MSI r9 200 series
QUICK UPDATE: It now keeps turning on and off by itself
