[SOLVED] PC keeps holding down a key!

Okay, I'm at a loss here. Here it goes.

For the past two days, my PC for some unknown reason decides to sometimes hold down the 3 key continuously and it keeps going even when I disconnect my Razer Huntsman Elite keyboard. It comes and goes, but when it comes, it never goes away and I would need to shut down the PC in order to type again. I'm pretty sure it's my system and not my keyboard because the on-screen keyboard shows nothing is pretty pressed and it's basically a brand new keyboard with no dirt whatsoever. Also, sticky keys is disabled.

I have tried everything in the book so far to try and fix it. Ran the keyboard troubleshooter, nothing. Disconnected the keyboard, nothing. Uninstalled the HID keyboard devices, nothing. Ran CCleaner, nothing. I even did a clean install of Windows 10, and nothing! I really don't know what else to do. Please help!

I ran TweakBits Driver Updater, too, to update any driver I may need to update.

I have done a full malware and virus scan, it's clean as a whistle. I have yet to try it out in safe mode but since there's no set time of occurrence, it's hard to keep it in safe mode since I need my computer. Any idea what the root cause might be? It was completely fine for like a very long time until a few days ago and there's nothing that I can think of that I've done differently.

When it happens , disconnect USB's one at a time until it stops. I've found it was someones headset a few times, believe it or not!

Oh my flipping God! Thank you so much for suggesting this to me! It wasn't my headset, but it was the side panel of my mouse! I have the Razer Trinity and I can take off the side panel and switch it with a different one. I think my mouse is failing on me! It also stops whenever I disconnect my mouse.
