[SOLVED] PC keeps loading to BIOS

I installed a new motherboard (gigabyte z590 UD AC), CPU (i3 10100f) and RAM (DDR4 3600mhz) today. The PC loads to BIOS but when I try to save & exit it just restarts to BIOS again. The BIOS recognizes the CD drive, hard drive and GPU, but underneath windows boot manager it says no bootable device found.

Please help.

you can try a fresh install of Windows.
if the system partitions aren't being read properly than it may not recognize boot parameters. with nothing to boot to it just loads the BIOS again.
