Question PC keeps on restarting randomly while playing

Hello all, a friend of mines has recently been getting random restarts on his PC while playing games, it seems to happen about 5 minutes after starting the game but on some games its instantly. My temperatures are normal and i've run stress tests on my cpu, gpu, and ram.

Specs:
CPU: i7-4820k
GPU: GTX 1660ti
RAM: 16gb
Drivers: 26.21.14.3602 (up to date)

This is a common issue for a bad psu. Which psu is it?

try to update gpu driver and (fresh install with default setting).
check (for new version) and maybe reinstall directx
does it happens on all games or just a few of them ? (which ones?)
