Question PC Keeps on Restarting ?

It's been about 2 days now, my pc randomly restarted itself while I was playing a game and wouldn't stop. I recently got a new PSU thinking that it would solve the issue, about 20 minutes ago it randomly restarted and showed the GALAX(Brand of my motherboard) logo a few times and went to BIOS. Once I exited BIOS, the pc turned on normally and booted up windows normally. I would like to ask what I could do to prevent this issue from happening again because it might cause problems if it restarts while I'm doing work.
Here are my computer specifications:

i3-9100F Processor
H310M Motherboard
2x4GB DDR4 Kingston RAM
GT 710 GPU
X-Power 600W 80+ PSU
111GB SanDisk SSD
2 500GB HDDs.

Could be PSU-related. Xigmatec X-Power is poor quality and definitely not suitable for a gaming rig. Previous PSU was probably poor quality too if that's typical of the PSUs that you buy.
